Personally, if I were to get tattoos that aren't big ones (which I'm planning to get two of) I would choose to get them on my hand, my wrist, my thigh, or my foot. The reasoning behind that being that if the tattoo is on my hand, wrist, thigh, or foot, then I can see it compared to if it were, for example, on my nape or back, and I believe that I w......   2 reply

In my country, people with tattoos are associated with prison, gangs and so on, but they have no problem because of it, there is a noticeable trend - "Let's make a tattoo, we'll be fashionable, we'll be cool" " ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and here we have people with stupid and un-thoughtful patterns, without a soul .... simply idiot ლ(´ڡ`ლ) maybe someb......   2 reply

I live in California, and tattoos are not a big deal here at all. I work as a teaching aid and plenty of people I work with have visable tattoos and colored hair. I got my first tattoo at 19, and my mom was against it, but she got over it. My mom is pretty open-minded though. Personally, there is no special meaning surrounding my tattoos. I'm not t......   reply

But I wanted the result to be perfect so I didn’t move or cry. It was definitely worth it. It’s on the inside of my arm and so when my arm is relaxed at my side it’s mostly hidden except for a little edge of the tattoo that peaks out. But honestly, in the career I’m pursuing, appearances don’t matter as much as it does in other profession......   6 reply

Just get one where no one can see it. E.g your back or your chest. And to answer your question in the UK it's quite common. No one really cares if you have a tattoo or not. Everyone just minds their own business. But in my home country on the other hand (Somalia), I guess you could say it's rarely seen. 1) Because of religious reasons 2) Because an......   reply

In Germany, or at least the part where I live in, it's quite normal for teens to get tattoos and piercings. A little one doesn't matter at all and the bigger ones would just get some curious glances from others. For job hunting it doesn't matter that much if your grades are good, though there are some people uptight about it, especially elders. Al......   reply

in japan specifically, it's not seen as a good thing, because it's tied to yakuza. i don't think anyone would freak out over it, but if you did go to japan with a tattoo, and you were somewhere like on the streets or at a park, etc, it would be best to cover them up. i live in the US, so it's widely accepted here. i don't even really know of anyone......   3 reply

A constellation would be the most painless, but a bit difficult to see, whereas the scales might sting a bit more but they'll be easier to show off. Pieces of any considerable size, especially for your first tatt are ones you'll want to get in an area where you'll have the most amount of muscle seperating the needle and the bone. That's gonna be yo......   reply
