caloric deficit is the obvious answer, maybe aim for a ~500~ deficit and it’ll be a STEADY weight loss plan, losing weight QUICKLY is often unhealthy and in the long run, inefficient and not consistent in weight. Losing weight ? I recommend just stop eating snacks in generally . There are a lot of factors that go into losing weight to be honest. cutting food out or drastically restricting food can cause issues for your health in the future and you will regain it back. main suggestion is diettwt but cutting out fatty foods will help a lot and lowering your portions. try diet plans and workouts online like on yt and such, watch stuff that’ll suppress your appetite and try to eat one filling meal if that’ll help…   1 reply
