Crippling Anxiety

My mother told me to do something without clear instructions and yells at me when I can't read her mind. She has selective memory loss as well stg Ex: Mom: hey, go make some rice and boil some tomatoes. My mom yelled at me for watching anime. She said it waa tricking me and closing my eyes from reality. She alao said "Life is not all pretty like that you know, there are bad things out there, sometimes theres no happy ending and you're just deluting youself by watching those stupid things that aren't real."
