For me, currently it's ghost of Tsushima, I personally love these types of games I also like genshin. for an underrated game I play it's definitely fatal frame the vibes of this game is amazing and not a lot of people have played it due to the low graphics. My fav game is Genshin Impact, an underrated game is definitely On Air Island; Its absolutely great, its a horror psychological game where you play as a viewer in a stream and you make donations to determine the choices of the main characters.
