Rn I’m usually running 4 miles a day in total, then some biking or swimming—if it’s biking I’d do like 5 mi if it’s swimming around 30-40 laps. After that I do a 10 minute ab exercise. I’m training for cross country lol   3 reply

I used towork out for around 30-50 min depending on what I'm doing for the day. But around the beginning of this year I was having pains from my upper body to my hips and back so I went to the doctor and it turn up that I have scoliosis. So all my workout regime that I used to do is out of the window because eveything I was doing affect my scolios......   1 reply

so i decided to start running again and it took me 30 mins as well! endurance is key so dont worry if ur getting tired, that means ur body is improving. just remember to take breaks !   reply
