A Line Group Chat

Hey, I'm a pretty much a broke college student but considering how much I read manga for free I want to seriously try and support at least a few of my favorites authors. Especially BL authors because I know it is very hard for them.

For more well known manga authors I know I can buy available merch, manga volumes, or support their patreons if they have it. However for more obscure BL authors I question how legit sites like Lezhin are in actually getting money to them, or if most of the profit goes to Lezhin. I heard the authors are treated poorly and make only a small margin of the profit so I don't want to support that but at the same time I feel guilty getting their hard work for free.

Is Lezhin a good way to support them? If it is, then I will buy from there and just read here because this site has faster updates. But if it isn't then I don't want to waste my money there and I'll gladly take other suggestions.
