Dad- “what is nonbinary”
Me- “it means I’m not a girl or a guy I don’t identify with those genders. My pronouns are they/them now but if you want to call me she/her still that’s fine I know it’s confusing”
Dad- “ok I got it I’ll try to use the right pronouns but sorry if I screw them up”

Me- “it means I like girls. Technically it’s called a tricix if you are nonbinary and like girls but since I am afab and didn’t know I was nonbinary before I realized I was lesbian, I’m just going to stick with lesbian. It’s easier. Cause I’m afab and like girls if that makes sense”
