Help Please

Ahh i have thought out the story and sequences of events but i can't figure out how to panel the manga what perspective to use a 1st person or 3rd person for my 1st few pages in my head I've it all played out like a movie in some scenes there's a 1st person perspective, a 3rd person drone kinda perspective but I've no idea if i want to show both perspective what ratio of each would be good i was not understanding the distance between certain objest so i literally created paper models correcting it through feels alone the paper models i made is literally only of scene one

I know i should just make it exist and then can perfect it later but i honestly feel like if i can do this nicely then i can do the others efficiently... i should have started way earlier when i got the news but at that time i was way busier than right now

So help me out on this , 1stly the 1st few pages things and lastly idk what more i might need give me some advice please and yes the dead line is end of this month
