It might be an anxiety attack, I have them and each time I shake uncontrollably, it just comes without reason. Do you feel like you are actually gonna die, like you are having a heart attack, then it might just be it   1 reply

Searched it on Google and apparently it's a medical condition called ''Essential Tremor''. I think you might want to go to a doctor and get yourself checked out, bud.   1 reply

I have serious sleep paralysis but I dont think I've experienced shaking and uncomfortableness tho...that's not something people experience normally. You might want to check up with professionals. Also there's chances that you got possessed(well i believe in these stuff) so how about you keep a holy item(if you're religious)next to you? Like a bles......   1 reply

There is a specific demon that my mom told me about, it likes to bother people while they try to sleep, not only do you feel uncomfortable, you will maybe break a cold sweat all of a sudden, start shaking like you did or if the demon is laying on top of you, it gets harder for you to breath which can happen while you're sleeping in which case you u......   1 reply

have you been distressed lately. It happens to me too when I am in a stressed and anxious state(not momentary but generally, don't have to be a certain moment). I start eating to cope usually so that I can sleep probably. but please if it reoccurs too much see a doctor.   reply

I've felt that before when you're on your bed and you just feel uncomfortable somehow. I usually try to do some stretches, to try and tire my body and then sleep. It worked before.   reply
