Dropped A Manga Or Webtoon

its really hard to write a manga or webtoon and create a good story with good art, however... i drop a manga when - i dont like the art style (mouths too big, necks too thick, hands too large, chins too long, consistent improper anatomy, etc) - the difference between the 2 characters physically is obviously for the uke/seme thing (one is huge and ......   3 reply

I don't remember the name of the ones I've dropped(lol) but dropping a manga for me usually revolves around unconvincing or lazy story-telling and/or a crappy sex scene, one where the two main characters have no chemistry but the author still forces a romantic relationship. I've definitely dropped tons of manga and webtoons. In the first place I'm quite picky with the things I read so I just drop something whenever I feel uncomfortable with certain "tropes" like rape and etc. One manga that I droppee was Love is an Illusion. I've dropped several manga and manhwa but the most recent one is Love or Hate manhwa. Well maybe it's just me, but I cant handle the uke. I dont know why. He irritates me so much. General: Most romance manhuas...because of the unnecessary bullying and hate towards the mc and how dumb, naive and ridiculous the mcs are. since i've started giving a actual shit about my studies, i've uninstalled the webtoon app itself because of how much time i spent waiting for new episode to come out, ill probably reinstall it in a few months but im focused only on completing my education.   6 reply

I paused Sweet Home, It's a great webtoon by the same creator as the legendary Bastard. Pretty much everything, but not because I lost interest or want to stop reading. Ever since I became actively involved in cleaning/redrawing/typesetting, my weekends have been pretty much consumed just doing that.
