Has Gone Or Going To College

I'm never going to get kids but if I would I wouldn't pressure them to tell me. If they want they tell. If they don't that's fine too. Just what makes them happy. I've always been the person who is open to things like this so I wouldn't mind either way. I'm always saying to my siblings and friends that it's okay to be gay. No one can judge love. Tbh, I don't want them to "come out". They should always feel open to talk about their sexuality and should never have had feelings about hiding it. To have them "come out" would make me think I didn't create a safe/open enough environment for them.   1 reply

I personally would support my child! My cousin came out to my aunt & let me explain both sides. Obviously my cousin was scared not because my aunt wouldn't understand but because they knew it would hurt the parent. Parents (at least most) have a instinct to protect there kids from harm.
