Ending Friendships

I don't and it's kinda lonely. I try to make friends but give up halfway.
The only time I had friends was when I was a kid and was dumb and stupid.
I can't seem to level up. I joined a few groups on the internet but whenever I sent a message they all were either offline or ignored me. They all are nice people I want to contact them again but they'll ignore me or it'll be awkward.
irl I do have a few friends but we only text when we need something from each other or for assignments. So not exactly friends.
I have so much bottled up inside but can't seem to get it out.
I probably can't even hold a decent friendly conversation anymore. It's been too long.
