You should probably go to the doctor, to get them to open some cream for you, and continue to properly clean it, as they probably instructed you too when you got it done. If it's still not working, have you gotten any piercing before, and have they healed? If your skin is really sensitive, it could just be like this, but in normal cases is shouldve......   reply

Well I would make sure always clean it but don't clean it too much cause it could get infected so maybe when you wake up and go to sleep or in the afternoon put some Vaseline ointment on it and since everybody has different kinds they need I would go after doctor or it could be because you're allergic to it so you might need to get a new 1 I hope t......   1 reply

Have you been regularly cleaning it? When I had my tongue pierced I had to use mouthwash every morning and night and after every bit of food I had, it’s not the same but you should always clean it at least two times a day when you first get it pierced up until it heals. You might also be allergic to the metal used so I’d check that out too. I ......   2 reply

OK so this happened to me too, i recommend putting ointment every day or every 3 hours, if it doesn't heal your only choice is letting the hole close and get a new one. I'm saying this from experience so just try the ointment one to see if it heals.   1 reply
