I'd say," yeah, sure, sounds fun" and treat them like a friend because it seems like he's not looking for a girlfriend, he's looking for a friend to hang out with. Then again, I don't know them so I can't really judge, but this is a chance that probably won't happen again, so why not try it out, it's not like he's into me anyways.
