Mature and/or Smut (because hetero. adult themes fall under mature or smut but yaoi is different)
Shoujo Ai
Mecha
Gender Bender
Ecchi
Drama
Yuri
Bara
Harem
and so on. LUL. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The rest of tags depend on my mood really. I'm sure it also depends for everyone.
