i was trapped 3 times in my own dream. I woke up 3 times in the same room with different scenarios. i cant move my body, i cant scream for help, i could only do is close and open my eyes.
Hello, I get trapped in my dreams too while fully aware that I'm dreaming and cannot escape unless im forced to face something i dont want to face. Unlike you, I'm capable of moving so I don't think my experience will help you but just to relate a bit maybe..?
Whenever I avoid my fears or successfully run I'm restarted to a bad point where I have to face something scary again. Sometimes I get killed repeatedly while attempting to escape and restart again at a bad point, it's called a loop. However when I stop running and walk towards my fear "willingly", I wake up most of the time because the brain doesn't know what could possibly happen after I face my fear.
There were cases where I had to save someone. The scenarios keep changing, the key out is always something I'm too afraid to do. There were a few cases where I couldn't use my voice but I wouldn't call it paralysis in my case since I was able to move. I just get stuck in these horrible loops.
Sometimes, even if i manage to wake up then go back to sleep I end up in the same loop again. Some other times.. even if its another day, I can still go back to that same loop. In some rare cases, a month or a year can pass and I would still go back to an old loop. C u r s e d W o n d e r l a n d
