How do you deal with stress?

I read some DEPPRESSING/TRAGIC/TRAUMATIC/SAD manga... So as to make sure, I'm not the only one in pain. It kinda gives off a feeling of solidarity; I'm not alone... I have someone alongside me. ( I owe it all to this site)   reply
