Rapists and child abusers (I think child abuse /specially sexual abuse/ can lead to pedophilia so that kinda cancels it out)
Corrupt officials are mostly rapists and
pedophiles too so they're out
Then murderers can deal with the sexist, racist and homophobes
Then only Chihuahuas are left
