Anyone who ever bought manga from Kindle amazon

So I want to buy cherry magic, but when I already click 1 click to buy it says there's error and I got an email saying Action Required: Problem With Your Kindle Order. My question is what happens if I just ignore it? Will it work by it self or I need to do something to buy it?
