If it's not a comedy, then sub all the way. I find that a terrible dub with ill-fitting voice actors enhances comedy greatly, especially in "Photon: The Idiot Menace," "Diatron 5," "Transformers: Headmasters" & "Space Thunder Kids," where the dubs were sooooo bad that it kicked the comedy aspect up to 11, & was laughing so hard it freakin hurt.
