I need advice (for a friend, I said I would help but Ion know what tf to do)

how do you get read of the voices in your head? Since ya'll helped with the 'how to hide a body' thing... Imma just ask ya'll this while I'm at it... Also, I'm fine just to clarify but my friend isn't (no cap, this isn't one of those 'imma say its for a friend questions when it's really for me' question)
