Is being a Fujoshi/Fudanshi a bad thing?

Ik this may be a stupid question but I've seen people defending them and calling them wrong so I'm pretty conflicted.

fujoshis are icky, fudanshis are most of the time lgbtqia2+ men so i don't have a problem with them reply
