This is pretty recent but my grandma has cancer she was diagnosed nearly 7 months ago and I haven't been able to talk to her without being awkward. (When I heard of her having cancer I didn't cry not because I didn't care but because I was shocked and didn't believe it, at least not until a couple of weeks later when she started to loose her hair) ......
