if its three wishes 1. i would wish to have my preferred figure. 2. no body hair or odor so i dont have to worry about my appearence at all 3. either money or a superpower

I would wish to have all the powers of a god. That way I would do the next things.
I would create a planet all for myself to be it's goddess and ruler.
