Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night (2-4 am) to do something and go right back to sleep but then your sleep is interrupted by dreams? You’re waking up from those dreams only to be pulled right back into another dream resulting in fatigue. Usually you’re able to remember those dreams.
omfg yes! a few weeks ago i went to go drink of water and slept for about 45-ish minutes only to be woken up with a dream about the day the universe ends. reply
