i kinda like the outrageous fashion sense but the hierarchy and dictatorship in itself sucks so no, i dont like it. most ppl in the capitol are rich meanwhile the other districts are suffering from poverty. like what peeta said when he was offered a drink to throw up so he could eat more, meanwhile in their home they can barely eat anything. capito......
