My mom is funny abusive, she's a narcissist and doesn't really care at all about my problems (or my brother's), but as long as I do what she wants (and it isn't much tbh) we get along just fine. Neither, i don’t find abusive parents to be ‘funny’ or joked about, but i understand what you’re trying to say. My parents are mentally abusive.
