i stumbled across a comment back then saying they dont feel anything when someone touches their nipples

idk if this is only because im a guy but whenever someone touches my nipples it just makes me want to moan

does this really not happen to everyone?

Male nipples are a bit more sensitive compared to female nipples. Maybe because it would hurt if your nips would be sensitive while breastfeeding, idk but yeah, that's probably why you wanna moan lol reply
