hmm maybe read manga as a reward? eg: If you clean your bed your reward is two chapters of reading, then after you are done reading that much, memorize a question for three chaps of reading. Does this even help? idk You need some self control lmao. And maybe keep candy or your favorite snack as an extra treat..?   2 reply

I suggest downloading a chrome extension called tomato timer! You can block websites that distract you for 25 mins or more. You also get a 5min break so you can access it again. You can change the time limit too.   1 reply
