I've been practicing really HxC BDSM for decades...because that's my jam.
With my partners we have safe words, rules(about drugs, alcohol, losing conciousness, saying no or stop, crying, etc.) and yes, I do get badly injured once in a while.
Do I regret it? No, because that's my choice and what I like, I know the dangers, and accidents do happen.........
