Imma be honest, I don't know how the fuck their gacha works, their 5* drop rate are sooooo low, and someway I get characters with one single pull but with 10 I rarelly get anything. Untill today I have no idea where my Jean came from, I checked all my history but no clue. In my another account I got Diluc and Diona but that account just dissapeared......
