help on digital art please

im really hoping i did this right. if not, sorry for wasting your time

so, im working on this piece that got inspired by.... lets pretend i said some interesting and inspirational stuff here. i usually stick to traditional so im clueless. i line arted the thing, but i also wanna paint over it, so im kinda stuck. are there any digital artists here that have suggestions for what i should do now? since i cant attach images, i guess ill have to make a comment with the actual thing...
