Am i an idiot???

Ok so i have been reading yaoi and j basically anything that seems interesting for about a year and sometimes in the comments I’ll c ppl say I’ll ask the uploader or the translation team is taking a break and I’ll b like wtf how do u know all this. I know that the uploader uploads the chapters and the translator translates it but HOW TF DO U KNOW WHO IT IS?????? Like what if i wanted to upload something? How do i do it. Sorry if i sound stupid
