Scarred/traumatized from a dream?
Have you ever been so deeply disturbed by a dream it actually ends up traumatizing you, To the point where you often remember it and cringe every time you do? If so, mind sharing the dream?
Here's an experience of mine:
A week before my dads death i had a dream that me and my dad were in a zombie apocalypse, and my siblings had already turned to zombies. My unborn child was also a 'fetus zombie' so i begged my dad not kill him, but he had already killed my siblings and then my unborn son. Then he told me he was sorry and suddenly got attacked by a zombie and i ended up jerking awake at 4 am.
Unrelated side note: the day before my dads death, his exact words were "Before i die, i want to go to the Thai restaurant in (a town next to ours)." And so we had plans to go on the following Monday, but he died the very next die. Its stressful thinking about it.
I had a dream that me and my mom came home from the store and saw my dad shot himself amd I woke up bawling my eyes out. And then I had one where my mom was hit by a car right in front of me and it was really gruesome. I also woke up crying that time as well

I once dreamed of some horrifying liver eating birds flying around the sky that enters your body through your mouth, choking you in the process and devours your liver. I was a member of choir in our church then I had a dream of me kneeling on the street infront of the church with a gun pointed in my head. Well none of my dreams traumatised me because no matter what happens in my dreams I don't feel fear in dreams and when I wake up I don't feel afraid either, but I have a dream that I remembered the most..It was weird and makabric so yeah warning

had a dream I was on omegle and this guy was jerking off and being disturbing
oh this one isnt exactly traumatizing but I killed someone I dont like basically? or just injured them badly because I woke up before it got to the end. I lowkey hate that person though and want to cut them off because they are toxic basically.
