how is bl better or more interesting than gl and sl??

Can you guys explain how bl is more interesting than gl and sl?? I've seen alot of female bl readers say this and I'm pretty their just assuming.

I prefer GL, just BL is short and popular on this site so i read more of it (i only really like reading the short 5 chapter stories), so if anyone has any short GL recommendations uh please give them to me. reply
