for online school, joining clubs that interest u is probably the only way possible for u to gain friends rn. Many of my classmates use discord so u could send a link to a groupchat if u want, but it’s most likely gonna be dead 1 week later As for physical school- find the loneliest people to socialize with, theyre the most loyal friends   reply

In my graduating class I had 6 other people with me so I was forced into the same classes as everyone else till 11 grade (junior year) at that time I took online classes and duel credit for college and felt like I was out of touch with everyone in my class because I didn’t do any activities that everyone else did. In face to face class i do have about 4 to 5 friends but now in my online class i have only one friend i would consider. I guess i was lucky since she talk to me first but my advice would be "dont be afraid to speak" i know its a useless advice since its really hard but try to do as if you and that person are already friends so you won't feel awkwa......   reply
