I have problems remembering names in general (there are some exceptions, like when I really love a character of course). This goes for BL, shoujo, josei and GL. IF they have physical characteristics or work characteristic that stand out in general, then I call them that way. Ex: short-haired, long-haired, red-haired, taller, shorter, freckled, tann......
