Appeal to the french community ! I need U ! :)

Hi!

I'd like to share a request to the french community here: I'm currently doing a mémoire on french authors who have first published their work on websites (e.g. Wattpad) before being published in paper.
Since I can't get hold of french publishers to answer my questions, I'd like to know readers (and non readers) opinion.
