I wouldn't tell her tbh. If she was uncomfortable with seeing gay couples in anime I don't see the probability of her being cool with you being very high. Regardless this could go either way so do whatever you feel like you should. I will say that I don't see much reason in telling her now unless you plan on dating someone in the very near future.
