my coping mechanism is daydreaming or laughing laughing even if its forced, makes me calm down alot when I'm crying or stressed, but I get a lot of weird looks when I do it,,,,,,,,,,, daydreaming makes me think of stuff that makes me happy and excited so I wouldn't cry or be stressed anymore, and I would usually be in a different mood by the tim......   1 reply
