Usually if I curl up in a ball with a blanket and stuff my face into it, I feel better after a minute or so. It only works if you squeeze the blanket tho, so it's like releasing tension. I also listen to music, I draw sometimes too but sometimes it only makes it worse when I get frustrated and it won't come out the way I want. []~( ̄▽ ̄)~*   reply
