I'd wish for 5 things:
1. Unlimited money
2. The power to understand and speak all languages (Basically the All-Speak from Thor)
3. Immortality
4. The power to bring Manga/Anime characters to life
5. The power to jump into the world of any Anime/Manga (Like Pokemon for example)
