Hi, help. I’ve been clean for about 2 weeks and I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I have a very strong urge to (TW) cut my thighs but i don’t want to ruin it, being clean is the only thing i’m proud of and seeing the cuts fading lowkey makes me happy.
So what I need is an alternative to s*lf harm, y’know? someone to do instead of hurt myself and be just as stress relieving. do y’all know any alternatives?
Wear gloves basically 24/7, the kid where like there's no seperation for your fingers except for your thumb so that you won't be able to really pick up anything like razors
