Insults like snowroach and the likes are, by definition, racism. But they’re more petty than anything else.
Racism is not “prejudice + power” as some bozos might tell you. Racism exists on both a systemic and interpersonal level. That means that if I, as a black person, was turned away from a job interview because of my skin, that is racist.......
