webtoon recently bought wattpad. They have been deleting "mature" stories off of it . Ive seen many ppl talking about how half of their library is gone. Webtoon is trying to make wattpad a kid friendly app. As u know webton censors anything gore remotely sexual and just ye wut will be the future of wattpad.All i can say is Ao3 here i come.(why tf did i make it some what sound like a news report anyways just had to rant im pissed(

This sums up what I feel about the purchase: For one: Poorly written overly sexual fanfics, would NEVER make it on to webtoons. Not just because they are fan fics, but because they are Overly Sexual. Webtoons is going to crack the hell down on Wattpad content like that, believe you me. Honestly, I am more concerned about what this does to canvas. ...... reply
