Have u ever had a cold?

Don't quote me on this, but I remember reading somewhere sometime that they have a worse cold strain(in places like Japan I mean). Googling anything about it now just talked about covid-19. When I have a cold, I don't feel great, but I can still operate and go places. What gets me in most of them is when they use cold/fever interchangeably. It's m......   reply

In Japan, a cold can be anything that isn't the flu. If I had a cold, I was sent to school anyway. I felt like shit, but I was capable of taking care of myself.   reply

I've only gotten a cold once and it wasn't the worst? Fever, runny nose, and sore throat. I did miss work only because I worked with children at the time. Every time I see someone in manga get that sick I just imagine it's the flu because the flu will o b l i t e r a t e you   reply

You must have a really good immunity. I consider myself to be pretty healthy but colds are not easy for me. Happens to me every summer or when the seasons change. I experience pretty much all of the symptoms associated with cold and it takes me about a week to recover(3 days for fever).
