what do you call a genderless person???

do you call them she/her he/him or they/them? what if its a robot? for example a robot whos face is a girl but has no genitals? can we call them she/her he/him they/them? i once called a bot online "him" and someone said im assuming their genders-

Don't listen to the bigots, someone who's genderless would be agender. Just ask for their pronouns. reply
