I have double jointed ankles and thumbs. When I bend my thumb you can see where the bone separates and I have sometimes made them kiss to creep my sister out hehe. I can also put my left thumb on the back of my hand. With my ankles I can go ahead and bend them together without moving my legs they look like this: but with my feet LOL.
