I read something about how the words such as yaoi, yuri, shounen/shojo ai are outdated in Japan and they have switched to just bl/gl and ever since I was educated on that I've switched also switched to just saying bl/gl. I feel like other people should start using it, cause you know, respect and shit since they made they word. Idk, just food for thought
Idk I don’t really care personally, I use more “BL” because it’s more convenient to use.
If we follow this logic for everything then we should stop using the word “otakus” since in japan it’s supposed to be a negative word ╮(￣▽￣)╭
