kissing in manga

ok so you know in manga/esp in manhwa/.... when they pull apart after kissing each other, there's always a saliva connected to both lips. am I the only one who doesn't like that?

i personally hate saliva so i always imagine like- cold, unpleasant wetness that comes undone unexpectedly and slaps one of them in the chin reply
